Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems ITM Administrator
Location: Greater Toronto Area

We’re looking for an organized and motivated Service, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Administrator to support our ITM and service department. This role is responsible for administering activities associated with our Inspection, Testing and Maintenance team. This role will work and collaborate with the Manager, ITM Services and ITM Coordinator to ensure smooth inspection, testing and maintenance services for the Company. This includes compiling post inspection reports, records management, summarizing deficiencies, communication, and above all excellence in customer service.

What You Will Do:
- General administrative duties, provide correspondence through email/phone, support ITM and service processes
- Assist with estimates and invoices: create/review inspections, deficiencies, and service work
- Deliver reporting for quotes for repair, if approved collaborate with ITM Coordinator to move forward
- Compile post-inspection documents and reports
- Collaborate with ITM team to ensure inspections completed on time, error free and with minimal return visits
- Summarize any deficiencies done in the field
- Maintain all software and system processes; ensure records are up to date with accurate information
- Assist in sales, preparing quotations, and cold calling if needed
- Perform financial analysis on job performance
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline or combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire protection industry
- Working knowledge of fire, fire suppressions systems, fire industry Codes and Standards
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to create estimates for service jobs
- Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy
- Strong software capability, with MS Office suite, ability to use/learn relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Work Schedule:
Standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
Overtime may be required from time to time and will be compensated in accordance with applicable employment standards legislation.
Compensation:
Starting salary at $75,000 per year
(Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.)
